Cassey Lanier joined the Grande Colonial Hotel & NINE-TEN Restaurant team in 2021 and was promoted to Sales Administrative Assistant in 2026. In this role, she supports the sales and catering team in delivering seamless, detail-driven service for meetings, events, and group business.

Prior to her promotion, Cassey served as the hotel’s Front Desk Supervisor, where she played a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Her strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and commitment to service excellence made her a natural fit for transitioning into the sales and catering department.

Cassey’s background also includes experience in retail and team leadership, along with early career work in stage management, where she developed a sharp eye for detail, coordination, and behind-the-scenes execution.

A graduate of Clemson University, Cassey brings energy, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to her role, helping ensure every event at the Grande Colonial is executed with precision and care. She is passionate about hospitality and looks forward to continuing her journey of creating exceptional experiences for every guest at the Grande Colonial.
