In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for our purposes or in joint promotions with one of our partners. We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with any other party including any third-party joint promoters, nor use it for unapproved commercial purposes. You may request to be removed from our lists at any time. All emails distributed to our lists will contain easy, online access to unsubscribe. Please keep in mind that we will still send you Transactional email communications, including, but not limited to, Reservation Confirmation, Reservation Cancellation, Pre-Stay Arrival Letter, Post-Stay Follow-Up Letter/Survey, and follow up to forms you may have completed on our websites relating to meetings/weddings/special events and other services.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD:
The Grande Colonial shall store your personal data for as long as it is needed to achieve the purpose of the use of data or when the statutory limitation period is over and the document storage period provided by law has come to an end (seven years as set out in Section 22.4.3 of Laws Pertaining to the California Innkeeper).
This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail address, mailing address, country of origin, telephone number(s), credit card number, credit card expiration date, and stay history (dates of visit, room number, accompanying guest information, special requests, and on-property transactions). This information will also include data collected upon you completing meetings/weddings/special event and other services forms on our website.
Please note that we may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The Grande Colonial is interested in improving the Site and may develop and offer new features and services.
