Daisy Carrillo became a member of the Grande Colonial’s sales and catering team in May of 2021. A native of Los Angeles, she entered the hospitality industry as a Sales & Marketing Assistant for a regional restaurant group. She quickly moved up to a Regional Catering Sales Manager, where she spent the next three years. Daisy ventured south to San Diego to further her career as a Catering Sales Manager.

She joined a boutique property in the historic Old Town national park and worked in Catering Sales at another property in San Diego’s Mission Valley. In each position, she developed a passion for interacting with guests, planning, and executing events of all sizes, from Bat and Bar Mitzvahs to corporate meetings and wedding celebrations.

Daisy is exceptionally family-orientated, spending as much time as possible with her family. In addition, she loves to travel, go on adventures around the city, and visit trendy restaurants. She looks forward to creating truly memorable events through her precision to detail, flawless execution, and ensuring every guest who comes across the Grande Colonial feels like a true VIP.
