Molly Dengler joined the Grande Colonial’s Sales & Catering team in September 2024 after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Event Planning and Experience Management. During her time at Cal Poly, she immersed herself in hands-on learning through internships and volunteer opportunities, gaining valuable industry insight. Molly brings a strong foundation and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences, making her a valuable addition to the team.

Shortly after joining the Grande Colonial team as their Catering Administrative Assistant, Molly’s drive earned her a promotion to Corporate & Event Specialist. In this role, she serves as a true “one-stop-shop” for all corporate groups, while also managing social events with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Molly loves cooking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors. Originally from Northern California, Molly is enjoying exploring the Southern California coast and all that San Diego has to offer. She looks forward to building meaningful connections and continuing to grow both personally and professionally in this new chapter.
